What Will I Need?
375g dark cooking chocolate
400g sweetened condensed milk
50g unsalted butter
1. Line a 20x10cm baking tray with baking paper (or wider and shallower, depending on how thick you want your fudge).
2. In a heavy based saucepan, heat the butter, chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and salt together over a low heat.
3. Stir regularly until all the chocolate has melted, and the fudge is smooth and glossy.
4. Pour into the prepared tray, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
5. Slice and serve!
