It’s the day before you’re due to do the groceries, you’re run out of bread but that’s ok because you’ve nothing but butter to put on the bread anyway, and all you have are the pantry basics and you’re starving.
Thankfully, this quick, easy recipe only requires the pantry basics!
What Will I Need?
enough spiral pasta for one
40g parmesan, grated
½ tsp parsely, dried
½ tsp chilli, minced
½ clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and then cook your pasta according to packet instructions until al dente.
2. Once cooked, drain all the water from your pasta and then return to the pot, off the heat.
3. Stir through the parmesa, parsley, chilli, garlic and oil until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
4. Make yourself a cup of tea, and enjoy your lunch.
