Ruby Paprika Cutlets


When hubby offered to cook dinner one night Iknew I would have to provide a simple recipe for him to follow to reduce any stress or worry from the moment her stepped into the kitchen to the moment he stepped out.

And this recipe is as simple as you can get when it comes to lamb cutlets, and in fact lend itself to any amount of additional herbs you would like to add, such as fresh oregano or coriander! Either way, the ruby redness of these cutlets lend them their name and the flavours are undeniable in their flavour!


What Will I Need?

8 Lamb Cutlets
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 tsp Sweet Paprika
2 tbs Lemon Juice
2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

What Now?

1.         In a marinating bowl or bag combine all ingredients and give a good shake.

2.         Give a good shake and at aside for at least half an hour.

3.         Heat your grill over a high heat, and then grill your lamb cutlets for about 3 minutes on ech side or until cooked to your preference.

4.         Serve with a Greek Salad or maybe even this Cucumber & Balsamic Salad!
