Non Alcoholic Sangria

Mexico, and Mexican cuisine, always conjures up images or bright colours and rich spicy food, and of course tequila! However, not all of us like tequila or even alcohol for that matter, yet we still want to enjoy the wonderful tastes and aromas of the Mexican palate.

And that is where this wonderful Alcohol Free Sangria comes into the picture – it has the zest and the bite of a traditional Sangria, but without any alcohol. For this I used freshly squeezed orange juice with lots of pulp, but you can always use store-bought bottle juice, as I did for the lime portion of the recipe.

Either way, after making this I hope you enjoy your fiesta!

What Will I Need?

2 cups -grape juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs lime juice
1/2 orange, sliced
1/2 apple, diced
1 cup carbonated water

What Now?
1.              On a beautiful sunny day, make your way to the kitchen and in a 1L capacity jug, mix juices and orange slices.

2.              Now, set this aside for an hour orso until chilled.

3.              After a while, when the juices are perfectly chilled, add the carbonated water and some ice to the jug, then pour yourself a glass, before heading outside to enjoy the warmth on your skin and this wonderful punch.
